Job summary

Soitec is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Singapore to lead end-to-end recruitment from initial stakeholder alignment to offer. You will search, identify and hire top talents across campaigns to meet business timelines, while actively managing stakeholders and driving solutions to ensure timely hires.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/engineering recruitment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Singapore hiring guidelines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from gathering stakeholders' expectations to the offer stage.
• Search, identify and hire suitable talents from various sources and campaigns to meet business requirements and hiring timelines.
• Stakeholder management and meetings to understand business requirements and provide planning and solutions.
• Manage the sourcing process in the identification and assessment of external and internal talents.
• Pro-active sourcing and screening of quality candidates, managed end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, identify the right talents.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to inform decision making.
• Close follow up on hiring managers and candidates; feedback to improve sourcing and ensure positive engagement and experiences

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of manufacturing/ engineering recruitment experience.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house and/or agency)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Team player, resourceful and self-motivated
