What You’ll Be Doing
Discover & Attract Talent
- Review resumes, applications, and online profiles to identify promising candidates
- Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews and assess candidates against hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, referrals, networks, and other sourcing channels
- Proactively source candidates, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill positions
- Support the posting and management of job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
Partner with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Proactively identify and recommend suitable candidates
- Prepare clear and concise candidate profiles to help hiring managers make informed decisions
- Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure everyone is aligned throughout the process
Deliver a Great Candidate Experience
- Organize and facilitate interview sessions to ensure a smooth and professional experience
- Send interview invitations, confirmations, and relevant information promptly
- Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey and follow up on interview outcomes
- Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and build positive relationships from first contact to onboarding
Keep Recruitment Running Smoothly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems and databases
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and other documentation
- Support onboarding documentation, pre-employment checks, and related administrative processes
- Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that make the hiring process more effective
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- A positive, cheerful team player who enjoys working with people
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently when required
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant government compliance requirements is an advantage
- CEI certification will be an added advantage
