Job summary

RMA Consultants is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, andScreen candidates while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in recruitment, agency experience in financial services is a plus, and a HR-related degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Agency recruitment experience in financial services is a bonus.
• CEI Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting the growth of existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency recruitment environment, particularly within or supporting the financial services industry, will be an advantage.
• CEI Certification is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
