Job summary

Kuailu Intelligent Office is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Singapore and nearby regions. You will partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into actionable sourcing and selection strategies, ensuring timely fills and high-quality hires.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, fluency in English, and the ability to recruit across Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above.
• 3+ years Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in tech/SaaS/AI/Internet or fast-growing companies.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore/Hong Kong/China is highly preferred.

Job description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.

Talent Sourcing

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
• Continuously explore new recruitment channels and improve sourcing efficiency.

Recruitment Operations & Performance

• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports.
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and hiring effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment and company policies.

Requirements
