Job summary

KUAILU SOFTWARE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and markets, supporting rapid business expansion and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will manage full lifecycle, source candidates through LinkedIn and networks, collaborate with hiring managers, ensure timely fills with high quality, and maintain compliant recruitment processes across Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in technology, SaaS, AI or fast-growing companies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore/Hong Kong/China is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for local and international candidates.
• Provide regular hiring progress reports and track recruitment KPIs.

2.TalentSourcing

• ProactivelysourcecandidatesthroughLinkedIn,recruitmentplatforms,professionalnetworks,employeereferrals,headhuntingandotherchannels.
• Buildandmaintaintalentpoolsforcriticalandrecurringpositions.
• Developeffectivesourcingstrategiesforbothlocalandinternationalcandidates.
• Continuouslyexplorenewrecruitmentchannelsandimprovesourcingefficiency.

3.RecruitmentOperations&Performance

• Maintainaccuraterecruitmentpipelinesandprovideregularhiringprogressreports.
• TrackrecruitmentKPIsincludingtime-to-hire,offeracceptancerate,hiringcostandhiringeffectiveness.
• Identifybottlenecksintherecruitmentprocessandcontinuouslyimproverecruitmentefficiency.
• Ensurerecruitmentactivitiescomplywithapplicableemploymentandcompanypolicies.

Requirements

• Diplomadegreeorabove
• 3years aboveofTalentAcquisition/Recruitmentexperience,preferablyintechnology,SaaS,AI,Internetorotherfast-growingcompanies.
• Provenexperienceinend-to-endrecruitmentanddirectsourcing.
• FluentinEnglish;Chinese/Mandarinisanadvantage.
• ExperiencerecruitingacrossSingapore/HongKong/Chinaishighlypreferred.
