Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across diverse roles.

You will develop talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and PDPA, with Mandarin communication skills preferred for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle in corporate or agency environments
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and relevant legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal stakeholders
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is preferred for Mandarin-speaking candidates and regional coordination
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)

Job description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and talent mapping to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions, job advertisements, and other recruitment documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice, market insights, and hiring updates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.
• Manage internship recruitment and placement programmes, including engagement with educational institutions and internship administration.
• Support new hire orientation, training coordination, probation tracking, and employee development programmes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Ensure recruitment and selection activities comply with applicable Singapore employment legislation, Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and company policies.
• Keep abreast of labour market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Candidate Requirement

• sBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline
• .Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
• .Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate or recruitment agency environment
• .Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, recruitment processes, and applicable employment legislation
• .Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills
• .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• .Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• .Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• .Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• .Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders, and to support recruitment activities involving Chinese-language documentation and communications
