As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a diverse range of technology functions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for technology and digital positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technology skill sets.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and on-boarding activities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and market trends to support hiring decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber security, Product, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore technology talent market is highly desirable.
