UMELIFE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, source top candidates, and optimize hiring across Singapore and regional locations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers to design effective strategies and ensure timely fills while maintaining quality. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in talent acquisition, fluent English, and experience recruiting across Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI or fast-growing companies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore, Hong Kong, China is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
• Continuously explore new recruitment channels and improve sourcing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports.
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and hiring effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
• Ensuring recruitment activities comply with applicable employment and company policies.

• Buildandmaintaintalentpoolsforcriticalandrecurringpositions.
• Developeffectivesourcingstrategiesforbothlocalandinternationalcandidates.
• Continuouslyexplorenewrecruitmentchannelsandimprovesourcingefficiency.

3.RecruitmentOperations&Performance

• Maintainaccuraterecruitmentpipelinesandprovideregularhiringprogressreports.
• TrackrecruitmentKPIsincludingtime-to-hire,offeracceptancerate,hiringcostandhiringeffectiveness.
• Identifybottlenecksintherecruitmentprocessandcontinuouslyimproverecruitmentefficiency.

Requirements

• Diplomadegreeorabove
• 3years aboveofTalentAcquisition/Recruitmentexperience,preferablyintechnology,SaaS,AI,Internetorotherfast-growingcompanies.
