Job summary

AIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for its Tied Distribution across clusters. You will collaborate with Heads of TA and key partners to drive new consultant growth, oversee onboarding, and address recruitment challenges.

The role focuses on delivering targets while ensuring quality hires and strong stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years’ experience in insurance or financial services, a business degree, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related fields.
• 3–5 years working experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Certifications/licenses – M5, M9, M9A, Health Insurance preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, good communications and partner management skills.
• Knowledge of the local insurance recruitment environment and policies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the Tied Distribution and assigned Cluster(s) workforce targets (new recruits) and new agent productivity growth targets.
• Support development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and challenges.
• Drive recruitment initiatives for Leaders by creating awareness and tracking progress.
• Track performance of new Consultants and pace them toward qualification of challenges.
• Supervise onboarding applications to ensure timely contracting of new Consultants.
• Provide support and handle enquiries from Cluster Leaders on onboarding, recruitment challenges, schemes and tools.
• Prepare accurate updates to Leaders on recruitment initiatives, results and processes.
