AIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for its Tied Distribution across clusters. You will collaborate with Heads of TA and key partners to drive new consultant growth, oversee onboarding, and address recruitment challenges.
The role focuses on delivering targets while ensuring quality hires and strong stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years’ experience in insurance or financial services, a business degree, and relevant certifications.

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible in delivering targets on labor and new agent productivity for Tied Distribution by implementing effective recruitment strategies and initiatives to the distribution force
To work closely with Head of TA & Development, Head of TA, team of TA Managers, and other key partners to drive recruitment initiatives and challenges and to grow new agent productivity through new consultant challenges and support.
This role will need to work closely with assigned cluster(s) (Senior Director of Agencies and Agency Executives) to partner the Leaders and New Consultants to meet and exceed New Recruits and new consultant growth targets.
