Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for AIA Investment Management, from requisition intake and sourcing strategy through offer management and hiring closure.
• Partner hiring managers to understand business requirements, workforce plans, organisational objectives and role specifications.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks and recruitment strategies.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment outcomes with business priorities.
• Manage offer negotiations and support hiring decisions through market insights and talent recommendations.
