Job summary

AIA is seeking a Business Development professional to lead portfolio sales and coordinate with the agency force to achieve KRAs set by Agency Management. You will drive strategic alignment and growth initiatives across locations, collaborating with underwriting and after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

The role requires a degree, at least 3 years of sales experience in insurance/investment sectors, and relevant CMFAS/HI licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years sales experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance or investment sales preferred.
• CMFAS and HI licenses or certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio sales activities and manage production numbers with SDOA.
• Align strategic and operational plans with agency leadership.
• Drive growth initiatives with SDOA for location sales programs.
• Develop relationships with agency groups and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with underwriting and after-sales teams.
