Job summary

AIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies for the Tied Distribution and drive new consultant productivity in Singapore. You will work closely with senior TA leaders to meet recruitment targets, supervise onboarding, and develop initiatives that accelerate consultant growth and performance.

The role requires a degree in Business or related fields, 3–5 years in insurance/financial services recruitment, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related fields is required.
• 3-5 years working experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Certifications/licenses – M5, M9, M9A, Health Insurance preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; good communications and partner management skills.
• Knowledge of local insurance recruitment environment and policies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targets on labor and new agent productivity for Tied Distribution by implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with Head of TA & Development, Head of TA, TA Managers and partners to drive recruitment initiatives.
• Grow new agent productivity through consultant challenges and onboarding support.
• Track performance of new Consultants and pace toward qualification of challenges.
• Prepare timely updates to Leaders on recruitment initiatives, results and processes.
• Conduct training for leaders on recruitment where necessary; hunt for experienced hires.
