Qualifications

• Fair knowledge of local employment laws.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Able to collaborate with HR teams across cultures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Provide HR operational support through the employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Maintain HRMS records and data accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports on headcounts, attrition and related data.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and work pass processes.
• Assist with HRIS maintenance and data governance.
