The Talent Acquisition & HR Services Executive will support the Talent Acquisition function by managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. He/She will also provide HR operational support in the employee life cycle process from onboarding through to offboarding. The employee life cycle would include, but not limited to, work pass administration. This role will also be expected to maintain and update personnel and organisational records in HRMS. The role will also support in collating and compiling HR statistical reports relating to headcounts, attrition, and other personnel and organisational related data.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the acquisition process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding process such as but not limited to retail frontline employees
- Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source for suitable candidates
- Engage stakeholders by understanding manpower requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions to meet their needs
- Manage the manpower forecast and budgeting to ensure that recruitment cost is within budget
- Support and facilitate Talent Acquisition exercise including branding initiatives, internship/ scholarship programmes and manpower planning etc.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs as and when necessary
- Custodian of company’s manpower information/ documents and ensure all information is accurate
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Create, update, and delete employee records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and exit formalities.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cessations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate medical screenings for employment-related health checks, not limited to work pass holders
HRIS Management
- Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and system accuracy (e.g. new hires, transfers, leavers).
- Audit employee data regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Troubleshoot and raise service tickets with assigned vendors for advice and solutions.
Data Reporting & Ad-hoc Duties
- Collate and prepare HR related reports such as, but not limited to, headcount, attrition, etc.
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Studies or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years talent acquisition or HR generalist experience preferably from Retail, FMCG, Luxury or Hospitality Sector
- Experience in recruitment of blue-collar workers is advantageous
- Fair knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Able to collaborate with HR teams across different cultural backgrounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Experience with HRMS system is advantageous
