Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, clarify job descriptions, establish recruitment priorities and timelines.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates and maintain talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, manage offers and hiring, ensuring timely follow-through at each stage.
• Track vacancy status, identify delays or recruitment challenges, proactively follow up with hiring managers and candidates and elevate potential risks with recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate career fairs, university outreach, internship recruitment and graduate programs; support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular reports on vacancies, candidate pipelines and sourcing effectiveness.

Job description

The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) manages end-to-end recruitment to meet manpower needs, partnering with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently. The role also supports workforce planning, graduate recruitment, university outreach, career fairs and employer branding to strengthen Hexacon's talent pipeline.

• Work independently with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, clarify job descriptions, establish recruitment priorities and timelines and monitor progress against hiring needs
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates and maintain talent pipelines
• Manage vacancies independently from job posting and resume screening through initial interviews, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management and hiring, ensuring timely follow-through at each stage of the recruitment process
• Track vacancy status, identify delays or recruitment challenges, proactively follow up with hiring managers and candidates and elevate potential risks or prolonged vacancies to the reporting manager with recommendations for resolution
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals and other external partners; monitor candidate submissions and service effectiveness and maintain records of agency engagement and recruitment costs
• Coordinate employment offers, required approvals, pre-employment documentation and applicable work pass processes and arrange pre-onboarding and Day 1 onboarding with relevant internal departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires
• Plan and coordinate career fairs, university and educational institution outreach, internship recruitment and graduate programs. Support employer branding initiatives and partnerships to strengthen Hexacon's visibility among potential candidates and build a sustainable talent pipeline
