Job summary

The HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across technology and infrastructure roles.

You will manage recruitment from understanding hiring needs through to offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a positive, timely experience. You can come from a recruitment agency or an in-house team, with strong sourcing, screening and interview skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related role.
• Agency recruitment or in-house recruitment experience welcome.
• Experience hiring for technology, infrastructure or IT positions.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interview skills.
• Good communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing plans to identify candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases and other channels.
• Recruit for technology and infrastructure roles, such as IT support and operations, systems and network engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre and project-based positions.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
• Support salary discussions, offer preparation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system or other internal tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment activity and share relevant hiring insights, including sourcing challenges and market feedback.

About the role
