Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional focused on talent acquisition to support recruitment activities across the business.

You will liaise with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with offer negotiations, and help with onboarding, employee engagement and HR process improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least two years of HR experience, preferably in IT, and is comfortable working with regional HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
• IT industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities by liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting with offer negotiations and contract administration.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
• Organise employee engagement activities such as team bonding sessions, town halls and recognition events.
• Prepare EDMs and internal communications to support HR initiatives and engagement.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
• Respond to HR queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR process improvements and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks.
