Job summary

Newtone consulting is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team and help identify top tech talent. You will collaborate with stakeholders, craft engaging job ads, and manage the full candidate lifecycle from screening to shortlisting.

You will review applications, build a strong talent pipeline, and track recruitment metrics to improve processes. Candidates with IT/tech hiring experience will be favored for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple roles under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in IT/tech hiring is highly preferred.
