• Negotiate & Close – Support candidates through salary discussions and job offers.
• Ensure Smooth Onboarding – Help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
• Track & Report – Stay organized and keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor or Diploma
• Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (in IT roles is a plus!)
• Skills:
  • Strong communication (written & verbal)
  • Solid negotiation abilities
  • Goal-driven and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
