Job summary

A leading financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced T24/Temenos Transact Business Analyst. The role involves extensive experience in Private Banking implementations and strong skills in business analysis and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, including participation in automation projects and an understanding of Treasury products. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

Overview

T24/Temenos Transact Business Analyst

Contract: 5 months

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules.
  • Solid understanding of international Private Banking, with proven experience in automation projects, particularly Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations, covering TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH, with focus on Private Banking products: Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs; Treasury products: Forex, Forwards, NDFs.
  • CBAP certification and knowledge of Agile methodology preferred; experience working on global enterprise-scale application development and implementations in Agile environments.
  • Strong Business Analysis expertise, including conducting PLW sessions and preparing Gap Lists, drafting HLSD, FSD, and User Stories, and collaborating with Scrum Teams and Product Owners.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and business concepts to technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, with the ability to generate new ideas, approaches, and solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience performing root cause analysis.
  • Quick learner, with the ability to absorb and adapt to new systems, methodologies, and information.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and team relationships.
  • Capable of working independently to resolve issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and agreements among multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Experience leading Pre-Sales solutioning for large, multi-entity, or multi-country Private Banking implementations.
  • Background in Practice Management, including team building, organizing functional/technical training, and knowledge sharing.
