About the job System Engineer (outsourced & inhouse)

Services Required

• On‑site IT Support Services for Multimedia Training Labs – Setup each PC before training, cleanup after class, manage user login profiles.
• Assist in Desktop Support IT Services – Prepare and cleanup laptops for onboarding/off‑boarding, create images for new and older models, address issues via ticketing system, provide in‑field support.

General Manpower Requirements

• Follow end‑user office operating hours 8:30 am–6 pm. May need evenings or weekends for upgrades or troubleshooting; time‑off in‑lieu allowed.
• MC and annual leave covered by backup staff from the service provider.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• Certificate in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of IT experience.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to multi‑task, flexible schedule, minimal supervision.
• Immediately available to start work.
