Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced System Engineer (Electrical/Electronics) to support manufacturing operations and product transfers in a regulated environment. This role requires collaboration with production and engineering teams to meet manufacturing yield targets and quality assurance. Responsibilities include product design reviews, managing engineering changes, and driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in a discrete manufacturing environment, preferably in Life Sciences or Medical Device industries.
  • Proven accountability for manufacturing yield targets and line uptime.
  • 3+ years experience in electrical and electronic components, engineering change management, BOM creation.

Responsibilities

  • Support product transfer of new/existing products from manufacturing sites.
  • Set up production lines and conduct operator training.
  • Review product designs for manufacturability and quality.
