ROYCEMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support professional to manage and maintain network, desktop, and server infrastructure, including setting up servers, storage, network equipment, and data backups.

You will perform onsite troubleshooting and provide technical and helpdesk support in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of IT experience is an advantage. Candidates must possess good communication and customer service skills and be able to work both

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and support network, desktop and server infrastructure which includes setting up and maintenance of servers, storage and network equipment and conducting backup and data recovery activities
• To perform onsite network troubleshooting
• To provide technical and helpdesk support

Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related qualifications
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Applicant with 1 – 2 years in IT experience will have an advantage.
• Preferable possess one of the IT certifications MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA
• Possess positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude
• Must be customer and service oriented with good communication and interpersonal
• Able to work independently and in team
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Singaporean, SPR, Work Permit Holder & Employment Pass Holder are welcome to apply
