ECS CLOUD INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT Engineer - Fresher to join our team in Singapore. The role involves assisting with technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, system maintenance, networking, and day-to-day IT operations.

Fresh graduates and internship candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, basic hardware knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and customers.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and PCs.
• Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications, and security software.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
• Support backup, antivirus, system updates, and cybersecurity practices.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Assist with website, mobile application, e-commerce, and technology-related operations when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear technical explanations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Engineer - Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance, networking, and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and customers.
