Job summary

Staffhub Group is looking for an IT support professional to manage, maintain and support network, desktop and server infrastructure in Singapore. The role includes setting up and maintaining servers, storage, and network equipment, along with conducting backup and data recovery activities.

You will provide technical and helpdesk support, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective service delivery. A friendly, proactive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related qualifications
• 1-2 years IT experience preferred
• Possess MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CCNA preferred
• Customer/service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
