Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD invites applications for a 2-year IT Helpdesk/Support role at our Kranji location. You will perform asset management, provide software/hardware support, and assist users across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

Ideal candidates have Higher Nitec or IT Diploma, strong MS Office skills, and 1–2 years in a similar role. Fresh graduates with IT internships are welcome; the position requires good communication, initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with vendors.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT required.
• Fresh grads with IT internship or related IT cert can be considered but must be proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Asset management of infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide computer support services: troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors.

Scope of services

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.
• Work with 3rd parties vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching, and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in an IT-related qualification/Diploma in IT
• Fresh candidate with recent IT internship or related IT Cert. can be considered but must be proficient in Microsoft Words/Excel/Outlook.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and supporting Computing Devices
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, IOS and Android ,
