Job summary

Fresh graduates welcome. Minimum 1 year IT experience preferred. Work is on-site with scheduled weekends standby and travel to customer sites. We offer short courses and a team‑oriented environment emphasizing research and problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least a Nitec/Diploma in IT/Computing or related Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year IT experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Willing to commit to long-term IT career and travel to client sites.
• Strong interest in IT, team player, and capable of IT documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT team on cybersecurity best practices and risk prevention.
• Pre-empt IT intrusions and maintain security measures.
• Maintain network infrastructure and related server/Desktop tasks.
• Prepare IT status reports and network diagrams for cybersecurity.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2 onsite support for network, desktops, and Windows servers.
• Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, servers, and NAS.
• Perform maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Support hosting customers with email issues and password resets.
• Troubleshoot router/firewall/copier issues.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Provide phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer; travel to sites.

Nitec, Diploma in IT/Computing or Bachelor Degree related certification and above

minimum 1-year working experience in IT

Looking for a long-term career in an IT environment

Preparation of IT documentation, reports, and IT administrative tasks

Good at conducting research

5.5 workday (Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm)

Weekend (Public Holiday Standby)

Short courses will be provided

** No experience or fresh Grad are welcome too.

Responsibilities:

• Work with IT team on Cyber Security best practices and measures
• Pre-empt possible IT intrusions and risks
• Strong in Network Infrastructure
• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams related to Cybersecurity.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Level 2 onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop computers, and Windows servers, including hardware issues
• Deploy and configure desktops and laptops & Servers
• Perform service and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS to upkeep their performance
• Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
• Troubleshoot router/firewall/copiers issues
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer for users
• Travel to different customer sites
