A sustainability-focused organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in deploying the Labour & Human Rights Program and implement the Responsible Supply Chain Program. The role involves managing community programs aligned with sustainability and creating communication materials. Strong writing skills in English are essential, and the candidate should be ready to start by the end of February. This position focuses on enhancing social sustainability within the organization.
Reports to the Senior Manager of Country Sustainability and work closely with the HR, Corporate and Purchasing functions to fulfill the human rights and social sustainability roadmaps for Singapore.
Assist the team in the deployment of the Labour & Human Rights Program and its management system for Manufacturing site.
Deploy and implement the Responsible Supply Chain Program for Manufacturing site to assess and mitigate social, environmental, health & safety, and ethical risks in our extended supply chain, including:
Monitor and provide data for Corporate Reporting.
Manage and coordinate the various local community involvement programs aligned with our sustainability strategy within the local, operational and cultural context (STEM your way, and other community involvement projects).
Create communication materials and stories for the internal social media.
