PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented data collection assistant to help respondents complete surveys, enter data accurately, and support field visits in Singapore. The role involves updating progress, collaborating with teammates, and meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates will manage objections professionally, maintain comprehensive case notes, and adhere to SOPs while performing daily productivity reporting and ad-hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct ("clean") survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
