Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data entry and field support role to assist respondents in surveys. The position involves data entry, field visits, and daily updates on survey progress using Excel and other tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business/Marketing or related field, 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability and high attention to detail are required for success in this project.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Customer service experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
