Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Survey Verification Officer (Household) in Singapore to support household survey verification and data validation. You will review completed survey data for errors and contact respondents to verify details, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

The role involves handling outbound calls, data entry, and coordination duties while maintaining high customer service standards. Office hours are typical, with weekdays only.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer usage and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Able to work independently, proactively and within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate survey administration and conduct data validation on completed surveys.
• Review collected survey data to identify common mistakes, inconsistencies and potential errors.
• Make outbound calls to respondents to verify and clarify data.
• Verify completed survey cases to ensure data is accurate and reliable.
• Provide effective and efficient phone support to respondents regarding survey matters.
• Support the team and contact service centre with administrative and coordination duties.
• Perform data entry for completed surveys, update case statuses and report to the supervisor.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and respond to respondents' queries professionally.
• Maintain work quality by consistently meeting performance goals and KPIs.
• Work proactively and independently under tight timelines.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
