Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is hiring a Survey Data Associate to support respondents through online or manual data collection. You will enter and verify responses with care to maintain data integrity, and conduct field visits for non-responsive participants.

Daily updates of outcomes and progress will be logged in Excel-based tools, with attention to timelines and quality standards. Working days are Monday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm, at our Novena office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with good time management and independence.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys either online or through manual data collection
• Accurately enter and validate collected data to maintain high data integrity
• Conduct field visits for respondents who are not reachable via phone or online channels
• Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress reports daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
• Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards
