Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually
• Enter data into the system and ensure accuracy
• Conduct field visits to reach respondents
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily in Excel
• Collaborate to meet survey targets
• Handle objections and encourage participation
• Prepare daily productivity and survey completion reports
• Review data for errors and ambiguities
• Maintain detailed notes for follow-up actions
• Adhere to SOPs and document deviations
• Meet KPIs
• Perform other duties as assigned
