Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a data-entry focused survey assistant in Singapore. The role involves assisting respondents, collecting data, and ensuring accuracy across multiple channels.

You will work on a rostered 5-day week, including weekends, with shifts ranging around 11am–9pm as needed. The position requires a Diploma in Business or Marketing and 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, along with strong communication and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends when required by project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Enter collected data accurately and ensure integrity.
• Conduct field visits for unreachable respondents.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily.
• Collaborate with team to hit completion targets.
• Handle objections and encourage participation.
• Prepare daily productivity and progress reports.
• Review and clean data flagged for errors.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Follow SOPs and justify deviations.
• Meet KPIs.
