Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support survey operations in Novena, Singapore. The role entails engaging respondents, verifying survey information, and ensuring data accuracy.

You will handle data entry, validation, and provide professional support on survey-related matters. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or admin experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen eligible to work in Singapore.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to make outbound calls to respondents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Meticulous, organized and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must attend and pass training in the first week of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate case records and status updates.
• Conduct data validation on completed survey cases.
• Contact respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
• Review completed surveys to ensure data accuracy, completeness and reliability.
• Provide professional and efficient support to respondents on survey-related matters.
• Support administrative and coordination activities for survey operations.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality KPIs.
