Location: Novena (Revenue House)
Job Type: Contract (November 2025 – January/February 2026)

We are seeking a motivated and professional Survey Consultant to lead a critical data collection project. This role is central to a high-level business survey targeting senior executives across 15 key industries in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

As a Survey Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for high-level respondents, ensuring the successful completion of this confidential survey. Your core duties will include:

• Building and managing strategic relationships with C-suite and senior management respondents.
• Facilitating confidential and high-level surveys, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all participants.
• Developing and executing tailored engagement strategies to secure participation through a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, and in-person engagements).
• Conducting end-to-end data collection, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Performing regular data validation checks and providing timely progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), primarily focused on achieving the target of 160 completed surveys.
