A leading energy company based in Singapore is seeking a talented individual for the Order Fulfilment and Processing role. This position involves managing operations in SAP, vendor relationships, and inventory management while ensuring high customer service standards are met. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field and have at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job description
Order Fulfilment and Processing
  • Ensure smooth operations in SAP through regular management and update of vendor data
  • Order processing support for selected customers/affiliates, ensuring smooth product delivery
  • Purchase Order creation to suppliers with necessary endorsements and follow up on PO delivery
  • Issue Packing List, Bill of Lading, Invoices and other necessary documents to customers
Supply Management and Optimization (Planning, Procurement, Allocation)
  • Lead and co-ordinate monthly S&OP process with product suppliers, commercial teams and affiliates in Asia Pacific/ Middle East, managing product balances and allocations.
  • Plan and co-ordinate the production of Crop Protection and packed products for the region
  • Lead new product introduction and management for new market/customers
Inventory Management
  • Plan purchases of inventory into storage tanks by bulk vessel, Isotank/Flexibags; meeting annual inventory target
  • Prepare monthly and yearly stock report and reconcile physical vs. actual inventory
  • Investigate and perform root cause analysis for inventory loss exceeding limit
Logistics & Technical support
  • Support new and existing sales development through design of supply chain solutions
  • Optimize and improve delivered costs through analysis of supply price formula and logistic costs
  • Incident management - lead investigation and resolution with vendors for logistics or quality issues.
  • Support monthly accrual report to Finance team, and have a thorough understanding of cost reporting
  • Support APMO team on technical related topics and follow-up product quality complaints from customers
  • Manage all product safety data sheet and label in accordance with the latest company policy and government regulations
Vendor Management
  • Sourcing and management of product supplier and logistic partners, ensuring financial profitability and service level, balancing business requirement and market situation.
  • Represent Special Fluids for regional contract negotiation and tenders, with product suppliers and logistic partners, ensuring adherence to TotalEnergies policies
  • Support RFP / RFQ of products and services, including new product qualifications and global freight tender
Expected Results:
  • Meeting customers’ (internal and external) requirements on the shipping arrangements and deliveries.
  • Continuous improvement on efficiency and agility of supply chain, and deliver cost savings from COS or Variable Costs
  • Establish strong relationships with product suppliers and/or vendors such as logistics providers, surveyors, etc.

Requirement
  • Minimum a bachelor degree in supply chain, chemical engineering or technical related majors
