Job summary

EUROIMMUN AG in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate daily 3PL warehouse operations and manage stock, orders and import/export shipments. The role requires 2–4 years in logistics, strong knowledge of trade documents and incoterms, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

You will handle ERP-based inventory transactions, liaise with finance on delivery schedules, and contribute to process improvements and facility management. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Good knowledge of trade documents, incoterms and customs regulations.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation needs with 3PL warehouse.
• Perform picking, packing, transferring and receiving of goods.
• Manage and organize warehouse storage and layout plans.
• Ensure warehouse safety, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and order.
• Participate in monthly stocktakes and stock reconciliation.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Liaise with Order Management and Finance for delivery schedules and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipments and domestic deliveries.
• Follow up with forwarders on documentation and schedules.
• Verify forwarders' invoices and submit for payment proposal.
• Prepare monthly freight accruals at month end.
• Record and file shipment records.
• Plan continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support local purchasing and facility management.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as directed by supervisor.

Job description

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate daily operation needs with 3PL warehouse
• Performing general duties such as picking, packing, transferring and receiving of goods
• Manage and organize warehouse storage and layout plans
• Ensure warehouse safety, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and order of the packing area
• Participate in monthly stocktake and perform stock reconciliation when necessary
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP system
• Liaise with Order Management and Finance for delivery schedule and shipping documents
• Liaise with forwarders for booking arrangement of import, export shipments and domestic deliveries
• Follow up with forwarders on the documentations and shipment schedules
• Verify the accuracy of forwarders' invoices and submit for payment proposal
• Prepare and submit monthly freight accruals during month end closing
• Manual record and keep track of shipping activities
• Proper filing of shipment records
• Plan continuous improvement of processes and performance improvement strategies
• Support local purchase and monitor facility management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or directed by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year - 4 Years of working experience in logistics or supply chain functions
• Good knowledge of trade documents, incoterms and Customs regulations
• Self-motivated, organized, attention to details, able to work independently as well as in a team, multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to converse and liaise with Mandarin speaking forwarders for booking arrangement of import, export shipments and domestic deliveries
