Job summary

EUROIMMUN (SOUTH EAST ASIA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations with 3PL warehouses, handle shipping documents, and ensure inventory accuracy. You will coordinate with forwarders and internal teams to maintain timely deliveries and data integrity.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics, knowledge of trade documents and incoterms, and bilingual English/Mandarin communication. ERP proficiency and process-improvement mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma/Bachelor/PG Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation or SCM.
• At least 2–4 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Good knowledge of trade documents, incoterms and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation needs with 3PL warehouse.
• Perform picking, packing, transferring and receiving of goods.
• Manage warehouse storage and layout plans.
• Ensure warehouse safety, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and order in packing area.
• Participate in monthly stocktakes and stock reconciliation.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Liaise with Order Management and Finance for schedules and documents.
• Book import/export shipments with forwarders and domestic deliveries.
• Verify invoices and submit for payment; prepare monthly freight accruals.
• Maintain shipment records and filing; support process improvement initiatives.

Job description

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate daily operation needs with 3PL warehouse
• Performing general duties such as picking, packing, transferring and receiving of goods
• Manage and organize warehouse storage and layout plans
• Ensure warehouse safety, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and order of the packing area
• Participate in monthly stocktake and perform stock reconciliation when necessary
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP system
• Liaise with Order Management and Finance for delivery schedule and shipping documents
• Liaise with forwarders for booking arrangement of import, export shipments and domestic deliveries
• Follow up with forwarders on the documentations and shipment schedules
• Verify the accuracy of forwarders' invoices and submit for payment proposal
• Prepare and submit monthly freight accruals during month end closing
• Manual record and keep track of shipping activities
• Proper filing of shipment records
• Plan continuous improvement of processes and performance improvement strategies
• Support local purchase and monitor facility management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or directed by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year - 4 Years of working experience in logistics or supply chain functions
• Good knowledge of trade documents, incoterms and Customs regulations
• Self-motivated, organized, attention to details, able to work independently as well as in a team, multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to converse and liaise with Mandarin speaking forwarders for booking arrangement of import, export shipments and domestic deliveries
