Job summary

Internsg in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order fulfilment and export document handling for overseas distributors.

You will plan demand in-house, raise proforma invoices, liaise with Sales to ensure timely collections, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery across global sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain/Business Admin or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics/order fulfilment.
• Proficient in Mandarin due to regular HQ liaison.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth order fulfilment and logistics management for overseas distributors.
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system; raise PI based on allocations.
• Generate and issue weekly account statements; liaise with Sales for timely receivables.
• Arrange delivery per Incoterms; assist in cost control; prepare export documents (BL, invoices, packing list).
• Monitor shipment status from worldwide sites; update stakeholders on delivery schedules.

Job description

• To ensure a smooth and accurate order fulfillment and logistics management for overseas distributor.
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system.
• Raise PI (proforma invoice) based on allocation received.
• Generate and issue weekly account statement.
• Liaising with Sales to ensure timely collection of customer payment.
• Arrange delivery based on different Inco-terms, assist company in delivery cost controls, prepare export documents such as BL, commercial invoices and packing list.
• Closely monitoring shipment status from worldwide manufacturing sites, update stakeholders on delivery schedule and ensure all deliveries are smoothly made.
• Prepare and process shipment for letter of credit (LC), arrange export documents and ensure data accuracy and present LC documents on time. Monitoring transactions and follow until payment received.
• Thorough and regular refund/rebate document preparation. Ensure accuracy and timely process of the rebate documentation.
• Actively liaise with customers and Sales team to provide logistics and order supports.
• Ensure customers’ requests and enquiries are fulfilled in a prompt action.
• Aggressively follow up and be proactive in provide extended support to both internal and external teams.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Admin or relevant.
• Minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin due to regular daily communication and liaison with our HQ.
