TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipments, document control, and inventory activities across local and international routes.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate records, and compliant import/export procedures. Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, or related discipline.
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes, shipping docs, inventory management, and import/export procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Organized, detailed, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of equipment, spare parts, tools, and other materials to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and other logistics-related documentation accurately.
  • Arrange local and international transportation, courier services, freight forwarding, and collection of goods as required.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and follow up with freight forwarders, couriers, suppliers, and relevant parties on delivery status.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery documents, and packing lists.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels of spare parts, equipment, consumables, and service materials.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare items required for customer deliveries, service jobs, vessel attendance, and overseas assignments.
  • Support import and export activities by ensuring the required shipping and customs documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
  • Coordinate with service engineers, purchasing, sales, warehouse personnel, and other internal teams to fulfil operational and logistics requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of logistics transactions while ensuring the warehouse and storage areas are organised, safe, and properly maintained.

Job description

Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. Relevant experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations is preferred.
  3. Good knowledge of logistics processes, shipping documentation, inventory management, and import/export procedures.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using inventory, ERP, or logistics management systems.
  5. Organised and detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills, a responsible working attitude, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
