Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking a Supply Chain Executive in Singapore to manage procurement, customer service, and logistics processes. This on-site role focuses on SAP operations (POs, goods receipts, invoicing) and coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Offer includes a salary of SGD 3,500–4,000 per month, AWS (1 month) and a variable bonus, 15 days annual leave, plus medical and dental coverage.

Formación

Supply Chain Executive | $3,500-$4,000 | AWS & Variable Bonus

Location: Toh Guan Road, Jurong East (near IMM)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm

Salary: $3,500-$4,000/month, depending on experience

Procurement Management

• Manage procurement activities in SAP, including purchase order issuance, goods receipts and goods issues.
• Maintain material and supplier master data in SAP.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
• Manage just-in-time (JIT) inventory, review stock levels and monitor warehousing costs.
• Assist with stocktaking to ensure physical stock accuracy and integrity.
• Support supplier price negotiations and prepare annual price list proposals.
• Manage supplier invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Customer Service Management

• Manage customer orders in SAP, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Work closely with customer representatives to maintain service satisfaction.
• Obtain management approvals in accordance with the established approval matrix.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, complaints and major incidents promptly and cost-effectively.

Logistics Management

• Maintain and update transportation cost records.
• Plan shipments with the sales team and logistics providers to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Plan and execute import and export activities in line with business requirements.

Business Support

• Coordinate contracts, tender documents and legal documentation.
• Maintain distributor agreement templates.
• Support new customer account creation.
• Request and coordinate credit vetting reports.
