Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive for on-site work at Toh Guan Road, Jurong East. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Salary ranges 3500–4200 SGD monthly basic, plus AWS, variable bonus, and benefits.

The role involves coordinating daily supply chain activities, liaising with logistics providers, and maintaining SAP records. Diploma holders in relevant fields are welcome; SAP & Incoterms knowledge is a plus, with Mandarin-English bilingual ability valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP and Incoterms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for communication with China-based associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including inventory monitoring and shipment planning.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain accurate SAP records, shipping documents and audit files.
• Assist with stocktaking and improvements to supply chain procedures.
• Support purchase order processing and supplier delivery follow-ups.
• Process customer orders and coordinate order or delivery enquiries with internal teams.
