Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (Entry Level Welcome) in Singapore, located at Toh Guan Road, Jurong East. The role covers daily supply chain coordination, inventory planning, and liaising with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field and is proficient in Excel. Mandarin-English bilingual ability is required for China-based communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent is required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP and Incoterms is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for communication with China-based associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including inventory monitoring and shipment planning.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Maintain accurate SAP records, shipping documents and audit files.
• Assist with stocktaking and improvements to supply chain procedures.
• Support purchase order processing and supplier delivery follow-ups.
• Process customer orders and coordinate order or delivery enquiries with internal teams.

• Position : Supply Chain Executive (Entry Level Welcome)




• Location : Toh Guan Road, Jurong East (Near IMM)




• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm




• Salary (commensurate with experience) : $3,500–$4,200 Monthly Basic + 1 Month AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Insurance




• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including inventory monitoring and shipment planning.
