Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a versatile professional responsible for procurement, customer service, logistics and business support in its Singapore operations. The role integrates SAP-based procurement activities with supplier management and stock control to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business or Supply Chain and have 3–5 years’ experience across procurement, customer service and logistics. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential.

Formación

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Procurement.
• Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency with SAP.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Procurement management in SAP: issuing purchase orders and goods receipts/issue.
• Manage supplier master data and supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality.
• Assist in stock taking to ensure accuracy of physical stock.
• Handle invoice discrepancies and price negotiations with suppliers.
• Coordinate contract, tender, and legal documents as needed.

Procurement Management

• Responsible for procurement management in SAP such as issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.


• Material and supplier master management in SAP.


• Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.


• JIT inventory management, review inventory levels and warehousing cost.


• Assist in stock taking to ensure physical stock accuracy/integrity.


• Assist in price negotiation with suppliers.


• Invoice management including resolution of invoice discrepancies with suppliers.


• Preparation and proposal of annual price list.

Customer Service Management

• Responsible for order management in SAP such as issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice, and all other sales related documents.


• Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.


• Obtain approval from MD according to the approval matrix.


• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or any major incidents in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.

Logistics Management

• Update transportation cost overview.


• Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers to meet customer expectations with the most cost-effective solution.


• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.


• Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.

Business Support

• Coordination of contracts, tender and legal documents.


• Maintaining of distributor agreement template.


• New customer creation.


• Credit vetting report request.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.


• Min. 3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/ Customer Service/ Procurement role.


• Good working knowledge of incoterms and proficiency withSAP.


• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
