Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking a Supply Chain Executive in Singapore to manage procurement, customer service, and logistics processes. This on-site role focuses on SAP operations (POs, goods receipts, invoicing) and coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Offer includes a salary of SGD 3,500–4,000 per month, AWS (1 month) and a variable bonus, 15 days annual leave, plus medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP procurement processes and supplier management.
• Handle customer orders and service escalations with accuracy.
• Understand import/export and basic logistics costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities in SAP (POs, goods receipts, invoicing).
• Maintain material and supplier data in SAP and monitor supplier performance.
• Plan shipments with logistics providers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support stocktaking, price proposals and cost control.
