Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking an experienced supply chain professional in Singapore to manage SAP procurement, sales orders, and logistics coordination. You will liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality, while handling invoicing and contract administration.

Candidates should have a diploma in business or supply chain and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong SAP and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Procurement.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts/issues and material and supplier master data.
• Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels and warehouse costs while supporting stocktaking, price negotiations and annual price list preparation.
• Handle sales order processing in SAP, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and related sales documentation; liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Sales team and logistics providers, monitor transportation costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate contracts, tenders and legal documentation, maintain distributor agreement templates, facilitate new customer account creation and arrange credit assessments.

Job description

• Manage procurement activities in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts/issues and material and supplier master data. Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels and warehouse costs while supporting stocktaking, price negotiations and annual price list preparation.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product quality, manage invoice processing and resolve discrepancies, while supporting cost optimisation and procurement efficiency.

• Handle sales order processing in SAP, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and related sales documentation. Liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction and coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and complaints.

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Sales team and logistics providers, monitor transportation costs and ensure timely deliveries. Support import and export activities to achieve cost-effective logistics operations.

• Coordinate contracts, tenders and legal documentation, maintain distributor agreement templates, facilitate new customer account creation and arrange credit assessment reports. Ensure necessary approvals are obtained in accordance with the approval matrix.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Procurement. Good knowledge of Incoterms and proficiency in SAP.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
