Personnel Link JobHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement and order management, ensuring on-time delivery and quality products. You will handle supplier master data and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while planning shipments with logistics partners near Jurong East.

The role requires a diploma in business or supply chain and 3–5 years in related fields, offering exposure to tender and contract coordination in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Customer Service.
• Based in Singapore near Jurong East or willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Procurement management for issuance of purchase orders and goods receipt/issue.
• Material and supplier master management.
• Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
• Order management for quotation, order confirmation, invoice.
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or incidents.
• Plan shipments with sales team and logistics providers.
• Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on-time inbound and outbound deliveries.

Job description

Supply Chain Executive
Procurement management for issuance of purchase order and goods receipt/issue etc.
Material and supplier master management
Manage suppliers for on-time delivery and quality products.
Order management for issuance of quotation, order confirmation, invoice etc.

Work closely with customer’s representatives to ensure service satisfaction.

Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve issues, complaints, or any major incidents in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.

Plan shipments in collaboration with sales team and logistics providers to meet customer expectations with the most cost-effective solution.

Liaise with logistics providers to ensure on time inbound and outbound deliveries.

Coordination of contracts, tender and legal documents.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Min. 3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Procurement role.

Location: Near to Jurong East MRT
Salary: Up to $4K
