Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to manage SAP-driven procurement and sales order processes, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate with logistics to optimize costs.

This role requires 3–5 years' experience in supply chain or procurement, a relevant diploma, and knowledge of Incoterms; located at Jurong East with monthly salary up to SGD 4,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent with 3–5 years' related experience.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and proficiency in SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Procurement activities in SAP: P.O.s, goods receipts/issues, and master data; monitor supplier performance and prepare annual price lists.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and product quality; manage invoice processing and resolve discrepancies; support cost optimisation.
• Handle SAP sales orders: quotations, order confirmations, invoices; liaise with customers and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Plan inbound/outbound shipments with Sales and logistics; monitor transport costs; ensure timely deliveries and support import/export activities.

Job description

Manage procurement activities in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts/issues and material and supplier master data. Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels and warehouse costs while supporting stocktaking, price negotiations and annual price list preparation.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product quality, manage invoice processing and resolve discrepancies, while supporting cost optimisation and procurement efficiency.

Handle sales order processing in SAP, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and related sales documentation. Liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction and coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and complaints.

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Sales team and logistics providers, monitor transportation costs and ensure timely deliveries. Support import and export activities to achieve cost-effective logistics operations.

Coordinate contracts, tenders and legal documentation, maintain distributor agreement templates, facilitate new customer account creation and arrange credit assessment reports. Ensure necessary approvals are obtained in accordance with the approval matrix.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Procurement. Good knowledge of Incoterms and proficiency in SAP.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
